What information do I find in infoEnergía?

With the infoEnergía service, if you complete your profile, you will receive personalized information about your electricity consumption:

  • Accumulated consumption
  • Accumulated spending in euros*
  • Comparisons of your current consumption in kWh (annual, quarterly, and monthly) and comparison with previous periods
  • Comparison of your spending in € (annual, quarterly, and monthly) and comparison with previous periods
  • Personalized saving and efficiency tips
  • Projection of consumption and spending until the end of the year
  • Efficiency level and comparison with similar households
  • Equipment-specific and personalized efficiency tips
  • Consumption data by equipment

*Information about spending only includes what is related to energy consumption. Taxes and other charges listed on the bill, such as the cost of contracted power, are excluded from this estimate.

What is the difference between the consumption data I receive on my bill and the data provided by infoEnergía?

In infoEnergía you will find the information you receive on your bill in a more extensive and detailed manner, organized by natural periods.

In addition to having control over the evolution of your consumption, the information you will find compares your home's consumption with homes of similar profiles, so you can obtain personalized comparative information about the energy behavior of your home.

Who does infoEnergía compare me with?

The comparative data used consists of aggregated data from homes with similar consumption patterns to yours, located geographically close to yours (meeting statistical criteria that preserve anonymity).

The comparisons you will be able to consult refer to the consumption and efficiency level of your home compared to homes with a similar profile to yours.

What data is used to build this information?

The data comes from the set of consumption records we receive daily from our customers.

In addition, infoEnergía compares the electricity consumption of your home with that of homes with similar consumption profiles and habits in your geographic area. For this purpose, we have grouped profiles based on statistical and geographical criteria. Furthermore, the data is enriched with the information provided by our customers when they fill out the profile and consumption habits of their homes through infoEnergía.

What is the difference compared to the graph I always received on my bill?

The information provided by infoEnergía is visualized by natural months with a statistical distribution of your bill's consumption. In contrast, the graph you see at the top of your bill takes into account the readings from your meter, which correspond to billing periods and may not coincide with these natural months.

Why is it important to fill out my home profile?

It's important to complete your home profile because some of the functionalities and saving tools can only be used once it's completed.

These functionalities and tools use profile data to execute the necessary calculations and comparisons. Additionally, these provided answers are necessary to offer you personalized saving tips tailored to your home.

How can I access infoEnergía?

infoEnergía is integrated into www.endesa.com, within your customer area.

Once you have registered in the customer area, you will find the access banner to infoEnergía on the homepage of the area itself. This way, in addition to accessing your private infoEnergía area, you can manage your contracts, access your online bill, or carry out procedures and inquiries conveniently. The euros on my bill don't match the expenditure shown in infoEnergía
The expenditure information shown in infoEnergía only includes what is related to energy consumption. Taxes and other charges listed on the bill, such as the cost of contracted power, are excluded from this estimate.
Does signing up for Premiamos tu Eficiencia imply a change in the conditions of my tariff?
No, not at all. That's the best part, you will continue to enjoy your tariff without any contractual changes or commitments.
What happens if I sign up after the challenge has started?
If you sign up late for the challenge, don't worry! We will try to get you to participate anyway, but if you arrive too late, we will notify you of the start date of your next challenge so you don't forget.
Can I participate in Premiamos tu Eficiencia with more than one home?
Yes, this initiative is available for all supplies that meet the conditions. To enjoy its benefits, you will need to register each of the supplies you want to participate with.
How is the amount corresponding to my bonus calculated?
The amount of the bonus is calculated by multiplying the saving in kWh achieved during the challenge by the average price of energy you paid on the bill before the start of the challenge. If no bill was issued before the challenge, we will grant a bonus of 0.15€ for each kWh.

How is your responsible consumption calculated?
Our proposal is based on an energy price and an assessment of how you consume, calculated according to your previous consumption. We want this price to remain unchanged from month to month, and we also need you to commit to maintaining consumption within certain margins. So, what we call "responsible consumption" means that you have a margin of 30% more than the assessment we have made without any effect.

How is this 30% calculated? For example, if when calculating your personalized fee, an annual consumption of 2000 kWh of electricity has been considered, corresponding to your consumption over the 12 months prior to contracting with ÚNICA, the consumption over the 12 months prior to the date of each monthly invoice can be up to 30% higher, that is, 2600 kWh.
